BulkTEAM, which operates in Sweden, is now wholly owned by Powder-Trans and joins the Powder-Trans Group.

BulkTEAM was previously owned by AkkaFRAKT and Powder-Trans. In February 2019, Powder-Trans acquired AkkaFRAKT’s share of BulkTEAM.

Fredrik Blomqvist, CEO of Powder-Trans, is pleased with the purchase decision and says that this change will serve Swedish traffic and customers even better. Of course, some of the internal operations will now be managed more efficiently and smoothly.
