Karl-Anton Karlsson has been appointed as a new trainer for the drivers in the Powder-Trans Group. With this appointment, the Group is taking a further step toward an even more extensive driver training with a focus on follow-up and development of the drivers’ work.
Karl-Anton Karlsson has previously worked as a driver at Powder-Trans and has extensive experience in the drivers’ work in practice. With this knowledge, which has earned him several top places in the EcoDriving follow-up challenge of environmentally friendly and efficient driver work, he will, in his new job, focus on training as well as follow-up and development of the driver work. This applies not only to driving style but also to loading and unloading. In the training, he will himself participate as a trainer with the drivers in driving according to the so-called BBS system (Behavior Based Safety).
Karl-Anton will also have a role in maintaining the intranet and will act as a backup for the transport planning department.
Karl-Anton Karlsson is 26 years old and has been employed as a driver at Powder-Trans since
2018.
